•  Anchoring Capsules is an Alternative to Chemical Adhesives. It is a cementitious non-shrink grout designed for the anchoring of rebar or dowels in concrete or rock. This dry pre-mixed cementitious grout is encapsulated in a water permeable wrapping; once the grout capsule is saturated in water, and placed in a dry clean hole, it becomes a fast setting thixotropic grout. They require less manpower, no special mixing or placing of equipment is required and they are cost effective.

These Anchoring Capsules have No Odor, No Fumes, are Non Toxic, and are Non Petroleum Based!
 

• Self-Consolidating Concrete which is a blend of Portland cements and minerals, aggregates and selected additives to produce a flowable and self-consolidating concrete for the construction or repair of concrete structures. Its ease of application allows it to be pumped or placed by gravity and its flowability allows it to flow in all the cavities and through restricted and difficult to reach areas.

 

• Non-Shrink Grout which is a pre-blended, ready-to-use cement base grout containing non-ferrous fluidifiers and anti-shrinkage compounds accurately blended with graded siliceous aggregate and Portland cement. It only requires the addition of water at the job site.

 

• Carbon Fiber Laminates: carbon fiber laminates engineered to increase the bending strength of structural elements and used for reinforcing of beams, floors, walls and columns in concrete, wood and steel. They are also designed for strengthening of bridges and buildings.

They are available in unidirectional and multi-directional types of carbon fibers.
 

• Carbon Fiber Textiles: Unidirectional carbon fibers in the longitudinal direction designed for the shear strengthening of constructions and used to increase the bearing capacity of columns from bridges, buildings. Increase of the shear strength of beams.

 

• Structural Injection – Epoxy Injection: solvent-free epoxy injection resins with low viscosity for injection into cracked concrete used for structural repair of cracks in concrete pillars, beams, wooden spans, anchoring threaded rods in concrete, cracks in masonry, etc. Thanks to their low viscosity, these epoxy resins penetrate deep into cracks, even into hairline cracks. They also have a very good adhesion to concrete, wood, metal… even in unfavorable conditions.

Products with different pot life are available within this range.
 

• Epoxy repair mortars: which can be applied in case of general concrete repair such as beams, columns, walls, stairs. They are also excellent for leveling of floors, pits or holes and local repair of industrial floors and crane traces. In addition, these mortars have good mechanical properties and a good chemical resistance and thanks to the fast curing properties, the repaired zones can be used again very quickly.

 

• Joint-Filler: Joint filling system that hardens quickly, but remains elastic and flexible used in highways, parking garages, parking areas, bridge decks, petrol stations, pre-fab constructions, gallery floors…
